Bill has held leadership positions with such major lighting conglomerates as Cree, Eaton and Hubbell.  His roles have included full functional and P&L responsibility, as well as management of brand management, marketing, product development, sales, customer service, & business development functions for business units with sales ranging from $20 – $300+ Million.

Bill is recognized as a lighting industry expert and is known for his strategic vision, marketing acumen, & product development expertise.  He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and Architecture from The University of Kansas with an emphasis in illumination and electrical systems.

Creativity is at the core of Bill’s DNA.  A leader of a major lighting manufacturer recently referred to Bill as “the most creative professional with whom I have ever worked”.  Another remarked, “his creative talents and positive energy are second to none.”
